I lost my w810i and want something i can use its accessories with. I’m not picky about lots of features but would like a decent camera.

CAUTION Do not overcharge … batteries can be severely damaged. Use an automatic two or more hour Energizer smart charger with safety timer, temperature monitor and trickle charge technology ($9.76) at Walmart. For longer life, batteries should be charged often and kept in active use.

Hello,
I am looking to buy a camera for general use around the house, for family outings and holidays. I want the camera to take good quality photo’s and print size to be fine up to roughly the size of an A4 page.
The camera must be able to take good movies, not just high definition, but with good quality sound and high fps so that fast movements are captured. (I will be using this camera a lot to take movies to upload onto youtube and there will be lots of fast movements that I want captured).
The cheapest I can find these cameras for is £260 (+£20 for the card I want) for the Sony (NET: £280), and £218 (+£10 for the card I want) for the Panasonic (NET: £228).
As price for me is a factor, if you can include that in your decision/answer that would be appreciated.
One last note, there is an other camera that I looked that, which is the Casio Exilim FH20 which I can get for just £190 (NET). The reason I am not sure whether to buy this, is because the quality of pictures may be lower. However, as one of the main reasons I am buying a camera is because I want good video recording capabilities, if you think this is a good buy let me know and tell me why.

I recently bought a Sony Cybershot DSC H3 online. It does not have a view finder but otherwise it is a good camera. I am a little worried about this. How is the performance of the Sony LCD display ? Is it better to exchange it for the one with the viewfinder also ? I am confused would appreciate if someone can give me an advise on this…. thanks

In this experiment a mobile robot builds a 3D map from stereo images (SLAM with Rao-Blackwellized Particle Filter), and then it uses that map to localize itself within the same room starting at an unknown position. Sample Video MP4 HD uploaded through PMB program that comes with the camera. These videos can not be edited with Windows Movie Maker umless you convert them to Windows format & then you lose the HD size & the quality is reduced. The PMB program has some video editing capabilities but they are limited to basically cutting out clips. This camera is very small & the videos are really clear in HD. You can also video tape in HD higher than 720 for viewing on monitors or digital TV. Great little camera despite it’s limitations. Easy to use & quick to turn on in an instant to catch any scene now. Great battery life for a small camera & high storage sd card no dvd tapes or disc needed. They also make a Webbie in a standard type camera but I have not tried them yet.
