What i mean by look is the footage. Why does it look different?

professional cameras have a bigger image sensor and hence, to facilitate that, also have a bigger lens. and which ultimately requires a bigger body

More specifically is the DSCTX5P a good camera? I am looking for a new camera and i am wanting a waterproof one, all the other waterproof cameras i have seen look really ugly, this one i really like the look of, but people have been telling me that sony dont make good cameras.

Per the review at dpreview.com your camera has no Manual settings. It does have a minimum shutter speed of 2 seconds which your Owner’s Manual will explain how to set.

I have one Sony 3.2 MP its great I have using it for 3 years and never had any problem. I am sure the new ones are even better.
