getting. But The sony has good quality. What do you guys prefer?
The sony i want[[cyber shoot seris]] is avaliable less than 5 mintues away from my house, but the casio i would have to order online. and i would have to give my dad my hundred for christmas and the money i earned for it. then it would just feel like i wasted all my money…
if all other things are equal, I’d say get the casio..but unfortunately, I’m not sure what the other factors are.
sony might be a better brand but you need to look at what kind of storage they take, what kind of batteries they take (you might have to buy separate batteries), what comes with each camera, etc.

Usually you don’t see much difference in features until your are talking about a 10% or more difference in cost.
That said, if for no other reason, the Casio has it over the Sony because it uses the popular SD memory card. Sony uses a propratary memory card that can only be used by other Sony products.

Sony makes better cameras than Casio in the premium point & shoot digital range. But Casio has more satisfied customers in the ultra slim category.

I love the super zoom cameras Sony has in their top lines, but the Casio EXilim series is great.
Handle both of the cameras you’re considering as it should really be a personal choice.

Buy the Sony. You may pay a little more for a memory stick, but how often are you going to buy a memory stick. Make sure it has more memory than you think you might need.
